FazeUp currently only offers local delivery to Southern California residents. Free complimentary delivery service is only available for online regular priced purchases over $499 and covers the first 25 miles of delivery from zip code 91741. Every mile thereafter is $0.50 cents a mile. The delivery cost includes the whole distance of the trip. Items purchased from other outside promotions or advertisements are subject to a $20.00 flat rate charge in addition to a $0.75 a mile delivery fee (round-trip) from zip code 91741. A pick-up fee, equal to the original delivery fee, will be charged on any returned merchandise that needs to be picked up from your home. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
To the extent permitted by law, neither FazeUp Furniture nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers or employees will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site. FazeUp Furniture maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation. Including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions.
FazeUp Furniture only accepts returns on PayPal purchased items within 7 days of a customer’s receipt of an item, with the exception of bedding products. FazeUp does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products for any reason. Items must be accompanied with its original boxing the items came in, unassembled, in order to be accepted.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture. A pick-up fee, equal to the original delivery fee or $0.50 a mile, will be charged on any returned merchandise (which ever is greater) that needs to be picked up from your home. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable. Most furniture comes with a 60 day manufacture warranty that covers manufacture defects or damage discovered after the point of sale. Items are only covered under warranty if unassembled with original manufacture packaging and damage was not caused by the customer.
Defective items can be picked up and returned to your home for twice the amount of the regular delivery fee (or $1 a mile, whichever is greater) or returned by the customer to the distributor for immediate replacement or fixing free of charge. Cash, cashiers check, and credit card merchant services (besides PayPal) purchased merchandise have no warranties (outside of a manufacture defect) and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. PayPal deposits for weekend deliveries are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after the item(s) have been picked up from the distributor.
PayPal charges a transaction fee that cannot be refunded if customer cancels an order after making a payment or deposit. Installation of any purchased item is an additional cost and determined by the driver. If you have any questions about any of our policy's you can contact us at sales@fazeup.com
